MONT-TREMBLANT

WHERE HARMONY REACHES NEW HEIGHTS

POST AND BEAM STRUCTURES READY-TO-BUILD HOUSES

The three Ayers brothers combined their talent for construction and their deep love of nature to bring a fresh mission to their family business. Together, they developed a creative company which builds houses of wood that integrate seamlessly into the natural environment. It was the birth of Embois.

Every single-family home is characterized by a clean-lined, contemporary design. The natural nobility of wood is featured, distinguishing the company from others. The interiors are free of drywall. The visible beams, meticulously finished, are largely of BC fi r. The post and beam structure permits the incorporation of many large windows, in the corners and stretching from floor to ceiling.

As a result, nature is an integral part of the residence and enhances the feeling of spaciousness. Each residence is delivered in finished elements because beams, framing and covering products are prepared and stained in the Embois workshops in Lachute. The houses, resolutely modern, are a perfect blend of refined elegance and rustic charm.

Soon Mont-Tremblant will be able to speak with pride of its own Embois homes, because Engel & Völkers is working with the Ayers brothers to create an exceptional residential project on the Géant golf course: Le Lagom Mont-Tremblant.

Only 25 residences, each with a terrace and screened veranda, will be built in the spectacular landscape. Four types of home will be off ered, from the basic standard Lagom to the high-end Platine. The first model home is expected to be ready for June 2020.
